Getting help with a project
For a new question or project, send a note through the existing enquiry form. It asks for a reply address and project message, along with the song purpose, subject, story, message, and any sound or release preferences you choose to share.
The form also lets you indicate interest in worldwide streaming distribution. That selection is for quote scoping; it does not mean distribution is automatic, arranged, or included.
Reply through your quote
On a private quote, you can accept the displayed terms, request a change, or decline the quote. There is an optional message field for the studio. To accept, check that you agree to the terms for that version. The quote page records agreement only; it does not collect payment or confirm delivery.
Each response is recorded against its quote version with the selected response, any message, and a snapshot of that version’s terms. A superseded version cannot receive a new response; use the latest private quote link from the studio.
How submitted details are handled
When an enquiry is submitted, the app stores the reply address, project message, and the supplied song-story and preference details in its contact and request records for staff review. Staff can review requests in the app’s Admin Requests area.
The app also attempts to record the enquiry as a message in the company’s Polsia dashboard. If the platform does not record it or that attempt fails, the app falls back to a notification to the company inbox. This page does not make a claim about retention periods.
Staff request dossiers can include working details and internal notes. The customer quote view presents the offer terms and response choices; it does not display those internal dossier notes.
The quote sets the terms for its offer
A private quote version lists its own scope, deliverables, total and currency, delivery timing, expiry, exclusions, payment instructions, and cancellation terms. Those quote-specific terms are the terms for that offer.
This information page does not add general prices, delivery windows, or cancellation terms. If a quote does not answer a question about its offer, send the studio a message through that quote or use the enquiry form before responding.
Your current ways to reach the studio
Use the enquiry form for a new question. If you have a private quote, you can reply there with a decision and optional message. This app has no separate customer-facing job page at this time.
